Artus Has Another Whaddon Road Stay

Bristol City midfielder Frankie Artus is back at Cheltenham Town for a third loan spell.

The youngster has been with the Whaddon Road outfit on two previous occasions, making 14 appearances for the League Two side, scoring 3 goals.

“We’ve reached an agreement with Bristol City to sign Frankie Artus,” Robins boss Martin Allen told ctfc.co.uk.

“He trained with us yesterday and will go into straight into the team for tomorrow night’s game.

“Things are looking up on the injury front and hopefully we will have a much stronger side out for this game.”

The latest loan spell can only do the player a power of good as well as building up his match day confidence ready for the day he becomes a regular in the City team.

The last loan spell ended early because of injury but Artus is now fit and has trained with Cheltenham for the past two days.
