Bristol City have completed the signings of midfielder Marlon Pack from Cheltenham and veteran striker Marlon Harewood who was a free agent.

Both players have been on trail with the club recently and both have done enough to impress boss Sean O’Driscoll who completed the signings earlier.

Harewood till has something to offer in this league although he is now 33, h was released in the summer by Barnsley and Pack has cost City something in the region of around £100,000 due to the number of appearances that he has made for Cheltenham Town and the fact that he is under 24.

Pack made 145 appearances in three years with Cheltenham and would have been a Swindon Town player now had it not been for the club being taken over.

Harewood made 37 appearances for Barnsley last season, scoring three goals.

Both players will be in the squad that faces Bradford at Ashton Gate on Saturday.
