Bristol City have confirmed that four players will spend the second half of the season away from Ashton Gate on loan spells.

29 year old Scott Golbourne will remain with MK Dons for the remainder of the season. In the first few months of the campaign he has made 21 appearances for the Dons and he will be out of contract come the summer.

The player is sidelined with a hip injury at the moment and it’s expected he will be back in action in April.

Connor Lemonheigh-Evans will also now spend the rest of the season out with Torquay United and he’ll join George Dowling at the club.

The National League side are currently ten points from safety having won only four matches all season.

Dowling has made 12 appearances for them and his deal is expected for a further month.

Jake Andrews has headed out to Cheltenham Town having previously taking in spells with Chippenham Town and Guernsey FC.

The 20 year old will be hoping for good game time out at Whaddon Road as he continues his development and he’ll join up with Taylor Moore and Joe Morrell who are already at the club.

22 year old Diego De Girolamo has also left Ashton Gate today following the mutual termination of his contract. He spent the first half of the year out on loan with Chesterfield where he made 18 appearances, but he did only start six league games.

His contract has been terminated to enable him to pursue other opportunities outside of the transfer window closing later this evening.
