Bristol City defender Jamie McCombe was the highest-scoring player in this week`s Actim Index, the official player ratings system of the Coca-Cola Championship.

McCombe scored 57 points from his two matches, netting in the 1-1 draw with Charlton and earning 27 points in the stalemate with Leicester City.

Brazilian star Adriano Basso remains the highest-ranked goalkeeper this season in seventh position overall, 10 places and 34 points ahead of Norwich`s David Marshall.

Robins boss Gary Johnson currently has nine of his promotion-chasers in the Actim Index top 100.

Analysis of all Championship games is taking place throughout the season and so far the top five Bristol City players are:

The Actim Index is calculated using a unique mathematical formula that rates each player`s contribution be it goals, shots, passes, dribbles, tackles, crosses, saves, clearances, blocks, interceptions, assists, clean sheets, time on the pitch or number of points gained by the team with marks deducted for red and yellow cards.
