Bristol City boss Keith Millen says that it is not very likely that any fresh faces will come into the club until the playing staff return from the pre-season tour of Portugal.
City already have Ryan Taylor, Yannick Bolasie and Neil Kilkenny making up this season`s batch of newcomers so far, but it does look likely that any funds needed for more players would have to be generated from current stock.
Speaking to City`s official website, Millen said: ‘The squad is still too big.
‘We’ll be working to fix that. There are a few things ongoing in the background but nothing imminent.
‘I don’t anticipate anything happening before the [Portugal] tour now.’
Goalkeeper Stephen Henderson looks like bidding farewell to the club, he is now out of contract after turning down a new deal at Ashton Gate.
