MK Dons boss Karl Robinson was not too happy at what he had seen from his side during the first 45 minutes of the game with Bristol City on Saturday.

Trailing 1-0 at half time, Robinson felt that his side were not playing to their full potential and he was particularly hacked off about giving away such an early goal due to a mistake after just five minutes.

And his words paid off as in the fourth minute of stoppage time, the Dons levelled things with a goal from Daniel Powell.

Robinson told the Milton Keynes Citizen: “I asked a few questions at half time, I had to remind people what it meant to wear our shirt and how we do things here. We should be wearing the shirt with pride. I only accept the best and I didn`t see that in the first half.

“But we were excellent in the second half. Every player deserved that point. It`s probably what we deserved. We were poor for the first 25 minutes.”
