Bristol City are running the rule over striker Vincent Pericard and winger Quincy Owusu-Abeyie.
Pericard, who has had spells with Juventus and Portsmouth, is available on a free after being released by Stoke in the summer and is currently training with the Robins.
Owusu-Abeyie (pictured) is currently with Spartak Moscow, but could make to move to Ashton Gate for a small fee should he impress on trial.
The 23-year old left Ajax to join Arsenal in 2003 and has also played in Spain for Celta Vigo.
Meanwhile, ex-City boss Danny Wilson has lodged a bid for out-of-favour striker Lee Trundle.
