Bristol City boss Sean O’Driscoll is expecting his team to develop together during the season.
After picking a point up away at MK Dons on Saturday, which he felt was a good result, he believes his side has to grow together to be able to turn those draws into wins.
And once that is done they will have a serious challenge for promotion on their hands.
He told the Bristol Evening Post: “We are a young team and, sometimes, you have to give them the benefit of the doubt.
“Trying to learn in the English league is difficult, because there is always a pressure to get results.
“But they have to learn quickly because, if they don`t, they will become a liability.’
