Steve Wigley has made it clear that he does not fear taking charge of the team that takes on Peterborough United at Ashton Gate this weekend.

Wigley took over training duties with the team while the powers that be search for a new manager, but he says that he has done this type of thing before and would have absolutely no problem taking over the running of the team until Keith Millen`s replacement is found.

‘I’ve done it at Southampton and Bolton so it’s something I’ve done before, I’ve got experience of it and I’ve been in the game quite a long time now so it’s not daunting in the least,’ Wigley told Bristol City Player.

‘I’ve started to think about what route I’d go down. I’ll let you know about that later in the week if I have to pick a team. I’m certainly not going to lose sleep if I don’t have to.”
