Bristol City striker Aaron Wilbraham scored his 2nd and 3rd goals of the season as City came from a goal down to beat Colchester United.

The visitors gave City something to worry about when Sean Clohessy won his tussle with Greg Cunningham on the right and squared the ball for George Moncur who beat Fielding with a low shot.

City could have pulled level after 16 minutes but Wilbraham’s downward header was well saved by the keeper.

The lads were fortunate not to go two goals down with 35 minutes on the clock when Jabo Ibehre caught Fielding out of position but his chip went over the bar.

But City had the score level just after the break when Cunningham sent in a low cross from the left and Wilbraham’s soft touch sent the ball into the corner of the net.

And in the 68th minute, the striker was celebrating again, this time he was at the far post to rise and meet Wade Elliotts’ cross to head the ball past Sam Walker in the Colchester goal.
