Coventry striker Marlon King the player who was sent off in the game with Bristol City at the weekend, has picked up a four game ban for his efforts.
King was shown the red card after an off the ball incident involving Damion Stewart although he complained about the referee`s action, no appeal was launched by the Sky Blues.
The striker gets four games because of a sending off earlier in the season against Ipswich Town.
Speaking after Saturday`s loss, manager Aidy Boothroyd said: ‘If Marlon has raised his hand it gives him (the referee) no option and he has to go.’
