The club have already had proposals for their initial access roads turned down by the North Somerset Council’s planning committee. Now they decide whether to give an improved application the go ahead.
Bristol City Council have already approved plans for the new stadium.
A club spokesman said: ‘Plans for the stadium are still going to plan and on time.
‘With regards to North Somerset, we have worked hard to enhance both the travel plans and overall parking provision to present a robust and viable case.
‘Bristol City Council has already approved the planning application for the main stadium and, after reviewing the application, the Government has decided that there is no need to intervene in the decision making process.’
