City are reportedly lining up another loan swoop for Evander Sno, weeks after the Ajax midfielder suffered a heart attack.

Sno, 23, spent the entire 2009-10 season on loan as Ashton Gate and returned to the Amsterdam ArenA in the summer.

But with City woefully lacking any creativity and leadership in central midfield, City are thought to be interested in bringing the dreadlocked star back to BS3, according to Talksport.

Just two weeks ago, Sno suffered a major heart scare when he collapsed on the pitch in the 63rd minute of a reserve clash with Vitesse Arnhem.

Paramedics had to resuscitate him three times on the field of play but Sno has miraculously returned to training earlier this week after being fitted with a pacemaker to monitor his heart rate.

Despite his obvious quality, Sno struggled to make an impression under Gary Johnson last season and was largely wasted out on the flanks by the former City manager.
