Recruit a tough no nonsense, experienced results-oriented manager now to sort this team out. Millen is a good number two, but not a number one. Insist on a smaller but better squad.

Get the priorities right. The stadium is important but not if we are relegated. Act now, or else the spirit (and the team) will sink further.

Football is a tough, no nonsense business. Sentiment doesn’t matter… only results. I am afraid it is going to cost you more money but if you don’t get it sorted NOW your current investment will reduce in value substantially!
