Bristol City boss Keith Millen has dismissed rumours of the club receiving any offers for forward Danny Haynes.

Charlton and Millwall are both said to have been sniffing around the 22-year-old knowing that his current contract only has 18 months to run.

Speaking to the Bristol Evening Post, Millen said: “I’m not aware of any offers having been made for Danny Haynes and, as far as I know, there has been nothing official.

“It’s that time of year when the January transfer window is open and there are a lot of rumours going around. You have to take them with a pinch of salt.

“Everyone knows our situation and that I’m trying to do some business in terms of moving players out in January. That is an ongoing process.”
