Transfer Speculation Hots Up

Gary Johnson has poured fuel on the fires of transfer gossip ahead of the January window.

‘I received about 20 calls over the weekend about our lads and made 50 inquiring about players at other clubs,’ Johnson told the club website.

‘When activity is going on there is always going to be speculation.

‘While there have been inquiries, there is nothing concrete and it would be wrong to comment on individual cases.’

Fans will be guessing who will be coming and going in January.
