Bristol City’s Championship season continued with a draw with Birmingham at Ashton Gate on Saturday.

A chance to move out of the relegation zone was missed by Bristol City following a nil-nil draw with Birmingham, who moved into the play-off places following this point.

Had the chances on offer, especially in the first half, been taken with Birmingham ‘keeper Tomasz Kuszczak pull off saves, including one to deny Marlon Pack in the opening minutes as well as saving from Jonathan Kodjia more than once with the striker also spurning a couple of other chances, the game could have been won by Bristol City by half time.

Birmingham’s chances increased in the second half with Jacques Maghoma seeing Richard O’Donnell denying him, and the Blues a possible fifth win in six-matches, with a fine save.

Kieran Agard and James Vaughan exchanged late chances as both sides looked for a winner that didn’t come.

These were the other results.
