City striker Nicky Maynard is now attracting the interest of Wolverhampton Wanderers according to reports.
Wolves have made contact with City but Sky Sports say that a deal is still some way away and it looks like he may well still be at Ashton Gate after the transfer deadline.
Wolves are looking to do a number of deals before the deadline although if they think they can get Maynard on the cheap, they are very much mistaken with City almost certainly willing to let the sale get away rather than sell cheap.
West Brom, Stoke, Fulham, Southampton and West Ham have all supposed to have been interested but nothing has gone any further than an enquiry.
