Former City ‘keeper Adriano Basso has joined Wolves on trial, it emerged on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old has been out of football after falling out with ex-City boss Gary Johnson over a year ago and has been handed a chance to shine at Molineux.
Basso, who made 182 appearances for City from 2005-2009 before being put out to graze by Johnson, will get his chance to impress in a reserve game with West Brom at Telford’s New Buck’s Head ground on Tuesday night.
