Sean O’Driscoll will take his side into the game against Forest on Saturday hoping that Marvin Elliott will be alright to make an appearance after being in international duty with Jamaica.
Elliott played the whole 90 minutes of the 0-0 draw with Mexico and he also has a long journey back to Bristol.
Neil Kilkenny ruled out and Cole Skuse has had an injection into his knee, O’Driscoll could do with Elliott to be able to line up against his old side.
Greg Cunningham played in the Republic of Ireland’s 2-0 win over Poland and came out the other side injury free and Wes Burns also reported back fully fit.
City are looking for their third straight home win.
