Bristol City take on the difficult task of stopping Cardiff City in the Welsh capital tonight.

Cardiff will be hoping that they can keep their good run of home form going when the two sides meet for the first time in a little over two and a half years, last Tuesday they beat Middlesbrough to move their run of unbeaten games onto four.

Now, making it five will keep the Welsh outfit in contact with the top seven.

But although Bristol City are down near the bottom of the table, they should not be underestimated under the leadership of Steve Cotterill.

Last time out they were unlucky not to keep their good run going when a late goal from Bobby Zamora robbed the Robins of a point at Brighton’s Amex Stadium.

Cardiff, have Joe Ralls available again after he missed the game against Boro with a hamstring injury.

But there is still no place for former Stoke striker Kenwyne Jones who is still out with a shin problem, which once again clears a path for Alex Revell to lead the attack.

The Robins could take to the field unchanged although Simon Cox will be hoping to get a start after he made his debut from off the bench at Brighton.

However, should he be named as a sub, Aaron Wilbraham and Jonathan Kodjia lead the attack.
