It has been confirmed that Bournemouth striker James Hayter is the subject of a bid from Bristol City, who are awaiting a response to their offer from the Cherries. Twenty six year old Hayter, Isle of Wight born, 5’9′ tall and weighing in at 10st 13 lbs has been with Bournemouth since 1996 and is said to be a nimble player and an instinctive scorer. This season he has made 30 first team appearances, scored 14 goals and collected one yellow card.
The Bournemouth Evening Echo report that City’s bid is in the region of £150,000.
