Johnson Interested In United Youngster?

Bristol City are believed to be one of the clubs chasing the signature of Manchester United striker Ashley Fletcher according to reports.

But there are several clubs that a competing for his services and the player is giving it some long thought before making any sudden moves.

The Bristol Post says that teams such as Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leeds United and Barnsley are all interested, but on top of that, rumour has it that he has been offered a new deal with United.

Should he decide to leave Manchester, he could be tempted by a move to Barnsley after spending time on loan there last season, helping the club to promotion to the Championship.

However, it was Lee Johnson who signed Fletcher for the Oakwell outfit before he moved to Ashton Gate.

The 20-year-old scored eight goals in 15 starts last season for Barnsley in League One.
