Speculation mounting today suggests that City right-back Bradley Orr could be set to join an unnamed club – thought to be QPR – in the coming days whilst former full-back Liam Rosenior has re-joined on trial.

Although no fee or length of contract has been disclosed, it is believed Orr could be about to sign up to Neil Warnock’s Loftus Road revolution.

“It looks like Bradley will be leaving the club. I couldn’t include him (in the squad for Aldershot) because we’ve near enough finalised details on a move,” Coppell told bcfc.co.uk.

“Brad is the kind of player I would love to keep at the club but he has a seed in his mind that he wants a fresh challenge.”

Rosenior, who rose through the ranks with us before leaving under a cloud after our League One play-off final defeat to Brighton in 2004, is set to play 45-minutes in tomorrow’s friendly at Aldershot.

The 24-year-old previously played for City boss Steve Coppell at Reading the City gaffer said: “It’s a trial as such although obviously I know about Liam from Reading.

“It’s actually a two-way trial; we’re looking at him as an out-of-contract player and he’s looking for a club.

“I know Liam believes there are some Premier League clubs looking at him and he needs to be playing games for fitness. We’re looking for players so it’s a mutually-beneficial arrangement.”
