Paul Anderson and Sam Baldock look set to make the Bristol City starting line up against Millwall on New Year’s Day after doing so well in the home win against Peterborough on Saturday.

The pair hit three of the four scored against the Posh with Baldock grabbing a brace that helped City bring to an end their winless run at home.

Robins’ manager Derek McInnes who was happy with the win gave Anderson a start, leaving Liam Fontaine out and his decision was perfectly justified.

Ryan Taylor’s return to fitness means that McInnes does have plenty of attacking options.

But there are still doubts over Louis Carey and Danny Wilson who were both missing from the squad that faced Boro with hamstring injuries.
