Scott Wagstaff joins on a three year deal having been released by Charlton Athletic at the end of the 2012/13 season. The energetic box-to-box midfielder had been at Charlton since the age of eight.

Jat Emmanuel-Thomas needs little introduction to any Bristol City fan who saw him demolish the Robins on his debut for Doncaster Rovers in 2010. The 5-2 demolition (masterminded by then Donny manager Sean O’Driscoll) saw JET, as he is affectionately known, score twice and create numerous chances. JET also began as an eight year old. He played for Arsenal but enjoyed loan spells at Blackpool,, Doncaster Rovers and Cardiff City, before being signed by Ipswich town for £1.4million in July 2011. He joins on a two year deal

In a rare swap deal Paul Anderson leaves for Ipswich Town. He played 30 games in his short spell for Bristol City, but was one of the few success stories in a dismal relegation season and deserves to stay at Championship level.

The two trialist goalkeepers (Reice Charles-Cook and Kelle Roos) are set to discover their fate later this week and so Frankie Fielding is likely to ddebut in goal against Rangers at Ashton Gate on Saturday 13th July (kick off 12:30pm). Emmanuel-Thomas and Wagstaff are also likely to feature.
